We have maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. We accept insurance, credit card, check and cash. Payment plans are available. For patients who have little or no Chiropractic insurance coverage, we offer legal cash discounts with flexible payment programs and have payment plans for any budget.

Health Insurance

We accept payment from all health insurances and are in network with most major payers including Medicare (not Medicaid). We are In-Network with the following insurances:

Typically a visit only costs a copay or coinsurance. If you have a large deductible, then you can elect to use your insurance, or take advantage of our legal cash discounts. It’s your decision.

Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, it is impossible to give accurate pricing without contacting your health insurance to verify your benefits. Please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.

No Insurance

No insurance or under-insured, no problem.  For patients who have little or no Chiropractic insurance coverage, we offer significant cash discounts through Patient Options. Patient Options is a discount managed care organization not unlike others you may have heard of. Its network of providers are legally able to offer their self-pay patients a discount. Patients join for free and receive discounted care from network providers. This discount allows care to be affordable. Plus, flexible payment programs can be arranged.

Auto Accident & Personal Injury

If you have been the victim of an auto accident or personal injury, then you do not have to pay upfront. We simply postpone payment until you have settled your case. At settlement, we typically work with your lawyer or directly with the auto insurance company to settle your bill. This option is for those patients who have a valid claim number and/or are working with an attorney. It is helpful to know if you have med pay or underinsured motorist pay. Payment Plans on a Budget

At Reactivate Chiropractic and Rehab, we’re convinced that a small amount of your time and money to care for your most important asset–your health–will be far less time consuming and expensive than trying to recover it. If you feel you do not have enough time or money to take care of yourself, please contact us. We can help! The last thing we want is for you to come to our clinic in crisis.
