Directions

We are on the west side of the street at the intersection of Harvard and 83rd street in Walnut Creek Office Park. Our office is just south of BBD2 Diner. If you are using Google Maps, then it is best to search for Walnut Creek Office Park. This will take you to the front of the building. Pull into the parking lot and go left all the way around the building to the back side. You will see our logo on the doors: Reactivate Chiropractic and Rehab. Feel free to call if you have trouble finding us. We will guide you step by step.
